Eletromidia Pays Dividends for the First Time
Eletromidia (ELMD3) informs its shareholders and the general market that it paid dividends for the first time on May 24, 2024, as decided at the Ordinary General Meeting held on April 26, 2024.
The total amount paid was R$ 12 million, equivalent to R$ 0.09 per share, representing approximately 75% of the Company’s Adjusted Net Income. Shareholders who held Eletromidia shares until April 26, 2024, received the dividends. The shares began trading ex-dividend on April 27, 2024.
