The Board of Executive Officers is the representative and executive management body of the Company, and, within the guidelines set out by the Board of Directors, is responsible for conducting the corporate business of the Company.
According to the Company’s Bylaws, the Board of Executive Officers will be composed of at least 2 (two) and at most 6 (six) members, being 1 (one) Chief Executive Officer, 1 (one) Investor Relations Officer, 1 (one ) Chief Financial Officer and the others, if elected, will have their attributions designated by the Board of Directors.
The members are elected by the Board of Directors, with a unified term of office of 2 (two) years, considering each year the period between 2 (two) Ordinary General Meetings, reelection and dismissal being permitted.

Alexandre Guerrero Martins
Mr. Alexandre Guerrero Martins has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Economics and has been working in the out-of-home media market for 23 years. He served as partner and Commercial Director of Eletromidia for the last 14 years, being elected Chief Executive Officer in April 2022. He started his career as a Mitsubishi trainee at the age of 19 and at the age of 21 he opened the Techmidia office in São Paulo, where he started as Commercial Manager and in the last nine years as Commercial Director. He is also an active member of ABOOH (Associação Brasileira de Mídia Out of Home), an entity that leads one of the main processes of consolidation of the medium in the country and in 2018 he was nominated for the Caboré Award, from Grupo Meio&Mensagem, in the category “Vehicle Professional”.
Ricardo de Almeida Winandy
Ricardo holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV EAESP and a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certificate. He served as CFO of Elemidia for 5 years (from 2015 to 2020), assuming the position of CFO of Eletromidia in 2020. In December 2021, he also took up the seat as the new Investor Relations Officer. He also has previous experience in large companies in the media segment, such as Editora Abril, Casa Cor and MTV Brasil.
Gilberto holds a degree in Public Relations from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and has over 20 years of experience working in the areas of new business development and institutional relations. He has worked in the out-of-home (OOH) industry for over 13 years and has worked at large organizations such as Publicis Brasil, WMcANN, A5 Investimentos and Grupo Telefonica.
Lucio holds a degree in Computer Science from UFRGS Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul and a Masters of Business Administration MBA from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV. He has been working in the OOH media industry since 2010, and has more than 20 years working in the internet and media industry in various executive positions (c-level).
Pacheco holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ESPM, and has also participated in several international training programs in Management, Strategy and Innovation. He has more than 25 years of experience, working in the areas of Marketing, New Business and Sales. The executive accumulates passages in large organizations such as Grupo Abril, ESPN, Facebook Brasil and WarnerMedia.
Paulo Badra holds a degree in Business Administration from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP), with a Postgraduate Degree in Business from IBMEC/INSPER. Paulo has over 22 years of experience in the OOH market, working mostly in the Operations area. The executive acquired a large part of his experience at Eletromidia.
Mr. Cadena holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Network Administration from the Brazilian Institute of Advanced Technology and an MBA in IT Strategic Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Rodrigo has been in the out-of-home (OOH) industry since 2003 working for Elemidia until being acquired by Eletromidia, holding various positions in the Systems and Technology Operations areas.
